Share your best Attekus Bookable innovation and WIN!
As part of the Attekus Bookable Product User Group, we’re running a Customer Innovation Showcase and Award (CISA for short) to celebrate the clever, practical and creative ways our customers are using Bookable.
We know our customers are doing great things with Attekus Bookable every day, and we want to showcase your work, learn from it, and share it with the wider community.
What counts as an innovation?
Innovation looks different for every organisation. Your submission might include:
- A clever configuration or workflow
- A unique venue, booking or event setup
- A creative use case that solves a real problem
- A feature you’ve leaned into to make Bookable work perfectly for your team
Submissions can relate to any Attekus Bookable module or feature, including (but not limited to):
- Venue Bookings
- Event Registration & Ticketing
- Event Management
- Microsoft Calendar Sync
- Remote Access Control
- Accommodation
If it’s delivered value for your customers or your team, we want to see it.
What’s in it for you?
Shortlisted submissions will be featured during the Customer Innovation Showcase and Award session at the Product User Group, where attendees will vote for their favourite innovation.
Prize: 1 day (8 hours) of Attekus Consulting time, which can be used for:
- Online training
- Custom reporting
- A system health check
- Configuration review
Plenty of flexibility – your choice.
How it Works
1. Record your video (10–15 minutes)
Your video should cover:
- Who you are and your organisation
- What your innovation is
- How it works
- What it’s helped you achieve for your customers or your team
No studio polish required! Practical and real is perfect.
2. Submit your entry
Complete the submission form below and include a link for us to
download your video.
Submissions close: 4 March 2026
3. Shortlisting and voting
- The Attekus team will review submissions and shortlist 4 semi-finalists
- Semi-finalist videos will be played during the Customer Innovation Showcase and Award session
- Product User Group attendees will vote live
- One winner will be crowned
