This year’s Product User Group was designed around practical, targeted sessions covering product direction, bookings improvements, event management, AI, customer innovation, tips and tricks, and live Q&A.

Day 1: Product Direction & Bookings Improvements
The first day focused on Attekus strategy and vision, what’s been delivered recently, what’s coming next, and the key themes shaping the Attekus Bookable roadmap, followed by a bookings deep dive covering calendar enhancements, performance uplift, sub-purposes, section groups, Same Space Same Day bookings, and colour-coding improvements.

Day two explored event management improvements, including proposal templates and the task library workshop, followed by a session on AI in Attekus Bookable, including the Bookable Assistant concept and how AI is being applied responsibly to improve efficiency, insight and service delivery.

The final day featured the Customer Innovation Showcase, where attendees saw how other organisations are using Attekus Bookable in creative and impactful ways, followed by a Tips & Tricks session covering common admin tasks, pricing and payment troubleshooting, navigating records, URLs and emails, and a final close-out Q&A.

One of the highlights of this year’s Product User Group was seeing how customers are using Attekus Bookable to create real impact for their teams and communities.

Congratulations to our 2026 Winner: Tweed Shire Council
Voted by fellow customers during the live session, Tweed Shire Council was named this year’s winner for its innovative approach to improving community access.
By offering free beach wheelchair access to visitors and community members, Tweed has created a practical and inclusive service that helps more people enjoy their local environment. Using Attekus Bookable together with remote access, customers can reserve the wheelchair, receive a unique PIN, access the storage facility, and return the equipment securely when finished.
It’s a simple but powerful example of how technology can support more inclusive community outcomes.
